Introduction

OpenERP is an Open Source Enterprise Resource Manager (ERP) and Customer Relationship Manager (CRM). It integrates and automatizes business processes such as : Accounting, Human Resources, Sales, Purchases, Stock and Production (MRP) . Its modular design allows the development and customization necessary to adapt it to your business needs.

OpenERP integrates a BI (Business Intelligence) engine. Business Intelligence permits to extract information from different data sources and create dashboards in real time.

OpenERP is the most advanced Open Source ERP in the market. It uses the latest web technology, python as the programming language and the rock-solid postgres Database, so scalability and data integrity are guaranteed. In 2005, Thymbra created the Research and Development (R & D) for Open Source applications. The same year 2005 Thymbra became the first partner of OpenERP in LatinAmerica and Spain. We work actively developing the localization for Argentina and Spain. As an example, we have developed the electronic invoicing for Argentina.

OpenERP Latinamerican Academy

Thymbra and Tiny SPRL Bélgica created in 2007 the OpenERP LatinAmerica Academy in order to satisfy the local market demand.

This makes Thymbra the first OpenERP official education partner. In the Academy we give the same material (technical and functional courses) as in Belgium, but localized both in the language and market specifications for Latin America.
